Pricing FAQ
Why are some products SaaS and others one-time?
Some Meta changes are deadlines (BSUID, Saudi rate hike, tier ladder, username window, AI policy), fix them once and move on. Others are ongoing operational risks (Portfolio Pacing, brand defense, AI-policy drift), they need always-on monitoring. The product shape matches the risk shape.
What's the trial length on subscription products?
7-day trial on most subscription products. 14-day on Monitor specifically, pacing exposure is anticipatory and buyers need to see at least one quality-rating fluctuation in real time. Protect Enterprise is annual contract with no trial. One-time SKUs have no trial concept.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Unstarted audits are refundable within 14 days. Sprint engagements are non-refundable after kickoff except in case of service failure. Subscription refunds prorate within first 30 days. Verification sprint specifically: if Meta hasn't approved within 60 days due to factors within our control, we refund.
Do you offer enterprise / portfolio discounts?

Can I bundle products?
Migrate + Monitor is the most common bundle (migrate now, then monitor the post-migration throughput). Optimize + Monitor for KSA merchants pushing high volume. Discuss bundling at intake, the audit will identify which products apply to your stack, and we'll quote accordingly.
