Meta raised your Saudi WhatsApp bill 3–4× in April. We get most of it back.
Utility templates stayed cheap. We audit your template library, find the marketing templates that legitimately qualify as utility, rewrite them with the right framing, push them through Meta's review, and migrate your traffic. Documented 30–40% bill reduction for merchants pushing 50K+ KSA templates per month.
What broke
- Marketing templates in KSA jumped from ~$0.029 to ~$0.115 per delivered conversation on April 1, 2026. Roughly 3–4× increase, applied to every marketing-classified template you send to Saudi recipients.
- Utility templates held in the $0.026–$0.030 band. No price change. The category split is now decisive for unit economics in a way it wasn't before.
- Your existing template library is still billed at the category it was originally submitted as. Meta doesn't auto-reclassify based on actual usage. A template you submitted as "marketing" in 2024 is still billed as "marketing" today, regardless of whether its content would qualify as utility under the current rules.
- Most MENA template libraries were built when the price split didn't matter. 70–80% marketing classification is typical. Half of that is reclassification-eligible if rewritten correctly.
What we do
A productized audit + reclassification engagement:
- 1. Template library inventory. We pull your active templates, last-90-days send volumes, and current per-template performance metrics. Inventory takes 2 business days.
- 2. Classification scoring. Every template gets scored against seven reclassification-eligible patterns and four non-reclassifiable patterns. We tell you exactly which templates are candidates and which aren't.
- 3. Rewrite recommendations. Each candidate gets a rewritten utility-framed version. Most rewrites are subtle — a sentence re-framed, a promotional tail removed, a transactional anchor added.
- 4. Meta resubmission. We push the rewrites through Meta's template review. Approval typically lands in 24–72 hours per template. Roughly 85% pass first review.
- 5. Traffic migration. As rewrites approve, you migrate send volume from old marketing templates to new utility versions over 7–14 days.
- 6. Classification monitoring (ongoing). Meta can reclassify templates post-approval if usage drifts. We watch for drift and flag corrections.
End-to-end engagement: 3–4 weeks from intake to fully migrated traffic.

Why us
- We don't help you fake classifications. We rewrite legitimately-reclassifiable templates and decline to help with the rest. Policy circumvention breaks within one billing cycle.
- MENA-native rewrites. Arabic-language rewrites are authored in Arabic, not translated from English. Reviewer pass rates are noticeably higher.
- Aligned incentives. Audit fees credit toward implementation. Performance pricing makes our revenue dependent on your savings.
- End-to-end engagement, not a tool you have to operate. We do the rewriting, the resubmission, the migration coordination. You approve.
Frequently asked questions
Will Meta penalise me for resubmitting templates?
No. Resubmission is a normal part of the template lifecycle. What Meta penalises is policy circumvention, submitting marketing disguised as utility. Legitimate reclassification of templates that match the utility criteria is exactly what Meta's category system is designed for.
How long does the audit take?
5–7 business days for the audit itself. Implementation (rewriting, Meta resubmission, traffic migration) is 3–4 weeks.
What if a rewrite gets rejected?
We iterate on framing based on Meta's feedback and resubmit. ~85% pass first submission; the remaining 15% pass first revision. Templates that don't pass two revision rounds are usually genuinely marketing.
Does this work in Arabic?
Yes. The classification rules apply identically across languages. Arabic rewrites are authored in Arabic, not translated.
My BSP says they handle this, do I still need this?
Most BSPs handle submission, not category strategy. If your BSP is doing both, keep doing what you're doing. Most aren't.
What happens at the next pricing change?
SaaS tier includes pricing-change monitoring. When Meta announces a change, we re-audit your library and recommend adjustments within 7 days of the change taking effect.
Will reclassification affect deliverability?
No measurable effect on opens or responses across the production data we've observed. Underlying business function is unchanged; only billing category changes.
